📦 Orders, Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
Each order is made fresh to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier.
Can processing take longer?
During high-volume periods or market weekends, orders may take the full processing timeframe.
Will my candy break during shipping?
Freeze-dried candy is light and delicate in nature.
We package every order carefully, but some breakage or settling may occur during transit.

What is freeze-dried candy?
Freeze-dried candy has had moisture removed, creating a light, airy texture with an intensified flavor and crunch.
How should I store my candy?
Freeze-dried candy is sensitive to air and moisture.
For best results:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Keep away from heat and direct sunlight
- Keep containers tightly sealed
How long does it stay fresh?
For the best crunch and texture:
👉 Enjoy within 1–2 weeks after opening
Unopened, sealed packs will stay fresh longer when stored properly.
What is the packet included in my order?
That is an oxygen absorber (deoxygen pack) used to maintain freshness.
- Do not eat
- Keep it in your container to help preserve crunch

Can heat or weather affect my candy?
Yes.
Exposure to heat, humidity, or direct sunlight can impact texture and crunch.
We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery and storing properly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
What if there is an issue with my order?

🧪 Crunch Lab Experiment Kits
What is the Crunch Lab Experiment Kit?
It’s a build-your-own experience.
You choose your flavors, mix them your way, and create your own Mega Crunch Bucket.
What comes in the kit?
- 1 Mega Crunch Bucket (34 oz by volume)
- 4 individually sealed candy packs
- Your selected flavors
Can I choose the same flavor more than once?
Yes! You can select the same flavor multiple times.
Can I add more flavors?
Absolutely. Additional flavors can be added at checkout.
What are premium flavors?
Certain specialty flavors (like Tajín or Flavor Film) have a small upcharge due to ingredients and preparation.
These are clearly marked during selection.
Will all my candy fit in the bucket?
Not always — and that’s completely normal.
Candy varies in size and density:
- Some are light and airy
- Others are more dense
Because of this, your bucket may not appear completely full, and some candy may not fit depending on your selections.
👉 Extra buckets are available if needed.
When should I build my bucket?
For the best experience:
- Build your bucket close to when you plan to enjoy or gift it
- Keep candy sealed until ready to use
How do I keep my bucket fresh after opening?
- Keep the oxygen absorber inside the container
- Seal the lid tightly between snacking
Can I choose my bucket color?
Yes! You can select your preferred color at checkout.
